1. Participants are required to abide by The PREMIERE 2026 General Rules and Regulations without exception.

2. The official match ball is a Size 4 Mitre Futsal Ball.

3. Each team must consist of a minimum of 10 (ten) players and maximum of 13 (thirteen) players.

4. Each match will be officiated by 2 (two) referees and 1 (one) timekeeper.

5. All matches will follow the PSSI 2020 regulations.

6. Group stage: A win awards 3 (three) points, a draw awards 1 (one) point, and a loss awards 0 (zero) points.

7. The teams with the highest points in the group stage will advance to the knockout round.

8. Knockout Round: If a match ends in a draw, the winner will be determined through a penalty shootout of 5 (five) shots per team. 

9. Group stage: Each match will consist of 2x20 minutes of gross time, with a 5-minute halftime break.

10. All teams must arrive on time and proceed to registration at PENABUR Intercultural School - Secondary and Junior College Kelapa Gading.

11. Goal Keepers are required to wear knee pads. Those without knee pads are not permitted to play.

12. All players must wear shin guards.

• Players without shin guards before the match begins will not be allowed to play until they obtain one.

• If they are found without shin guards during the match, they will receive a yellow card and must leave the field until they comply.

13. All players are required to wear long socks.

14. Participants must bring a valid nametag (with a 3x4 cm photo) during the competition.

15. Yellow cards are subject to a Rp 30.000 fine, and Red cards are subject to a Rp 50.000 fine.

16. Teams not present at the scheduled kick-off time will be
given a 10-minute grace period. After this time, a walkout
(WO) will be declared, and the walkout fee will be forfeited.

17. The referee's decision is final and cannot be appealed or changed.

18. Unlimited substitutions are allowed, provided that only 5 (five) players remain on the field at any given time.

19. All players must demonstrate sportsmanship and respectful behavior throughout the competition.

20. Each team is required to be accompanied by one Teacher AND a Coach on the day of the match. The officials (coach/teacher) must submit their data in the registration Google Form. Supervising teachers must wear their ID card at all times during the competition day.
